Nicholas has joined ServingIntel as a Relationship Manager in the Chicago, IL market. He comes to us with years of sales, business development, and leadership experience in the hospitality field. Most recently he was one of four managers at the Tilted Kilt in Schaumberg, IL. In this role, Nicholas reported to the Managing Partner and was charged with day-to-day operations as well as ensuring all internal controls were effectively adhered to by all stakeholders, collaborated on all non-franchisor marketing plans, assisted with vendor relationships, Guest Services, cash handling, and social media updates. Prior to this he was a franchise owner of Sculpture Hospitality – NW Chicago in Huntley, IL. In this role he functioned as a hands-on trusted advisor to bar/restaurant owners, and general managers of national accounts on how to grow and operate a highly profitable and more informed establishment through data analysis. Mr. Wolf augmented client base top line revenue growth by an average of 12.3% (annualized), developed a phased social media marketing plan for a sports bar client, which resulted in 223% and increased traffic to the Facebook page and increased sales by 15.6% for a two month test period.
Mr. Wolf has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix Chicagoland Campus as well as an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Baltimore International Culinary School. Nicholas also possesses an Associate Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University | ESI International. He is also an Associate Member, United States Bartender Guildiod.
